What an amazing weekend, 21 pitches, 5 teams and some fantastic learning.  Our mentors and facilitators were the bomb.  It was not only a weekend of learning but a fusion of culture and languages.  As a Maori kaupapa event the facilitators learnt Maori words, stories and tikanga, and having our English fella Chad try and pronounce Taupo was entertaining.  Both Pascale and Lenz embraced the environment in which they were thrust into, and by the end of the weekend I’m sure we had Pascale in tears (of joy of course).  He Tangata will be run again, watch this space on when and where.
